Booking will be accomplishment after:
  1. Bank payment 30% of booking fee by three days after you send this form. PRIVACY
Your personal details will be processed within the law (D.Lvo 196/03 e seguenti), by Innovazione Srl Piazza Duomo 4 / 5 97100 Ragusa just in order to allow your booking and facilitate all the accounting and administrative procedures.
SETTLE PAYAMENT AND DAMAGE DEPOSIT
At your arrival we will draft an agreement in which we’ll state the status of the property, furniture and equipment and your acceptance. If you agree with terms and conditions, we will ask you to settle your payment and a 200€ damage deposit per apartment. At your departure we will check the state of the apartment together and if everything will be in the same state of repair and condition as found at the start of your rental period we will return to you your 200€ deposit.
