The apartment is on the first floor and it faces onto the sea, in a wide and elegant residential estate built in 2007.Two double bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. A living room with a double sofa bed and a kitchen nook. Two bathrooms, both with shower. All rooms are air-conditioned, furnished of fine designed custom-made furniture. The apartment is provided with TV, washing machine. Price includes weekly housekeeping, bed and bath linen.
On the north side of the house (living room) there’s a large outdoor terrace (about 30 mq) supplied with tables and chairs for outside lunch and dinner. On the south side (bedrooms), there’s a small 10mq balcony.
Two bicycles are available on demand, with a little extra charge.
A parking space is available inside the property ground.
