Three double bedrooms, one with a double bed and two with two single beds. A living room with a queen size sofa bed and kitchen. Two bathrooms, both with shower. All rooms are air-conditioned, furnished of fine designed custom-made furniture. The apartment is provided with TV, washing machine, kitchenware and crockery. Price includes weekly housekeeping, bed and bath linen.
On the north side (living room) of the house there’s a large outdoor terrace (about 30 mq) supplied with tables and chairs for outside lunch and dinner and an English garden large about 200mq, fragrant with Mediterranean essences, with a storeroom suitable for bicycles and sunshade parasols. On the south side (bedrooms), there’s a small 10mq balcony.
Two bicycles are available on demand, with a little extra charge.
A parking space is available inside the property ground.
