All rooms are air-conditioned, furnished of fine designed custom-made furniture. The apartment is provided with TV, washing machine, kitchenware and crockery. Price includes weekly housekeeping, bed and bath linen.
On the north side (living room) of the house there’s a large outdoor terrace (about 30 mq) supplied with tables and chairs for outside lunch and dinner, and a small garden (40mq) fragrant with Mediterranean perfumes, with a storeroom suitable for bicycles and sunshade parasols. On the south side (bedrooms), there’s a small balcony (10mq).
Two bicycles are available on demand, with a little extra charge.
A parking space is available inside the property ground.
