55mq, sleeps up to 6 people. The apartment is on the first floor, in a wide and elegant residential estate built in 2007.

Two double bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. A living room with a double sofa bed and a kitchen nook. Two bathrooms, both with shower. All rooms are air-conditioned, furnished of fine designed custom-made furniture. The apartment is provided with TV, washing-machine, kitchenware and crockery. Price includes weekly housekeeping, bed and bath linen.

On the east side of the house (living room) there’s a large outdoor terrace (about 30 mq) supplied with tables and chairs for outside lunch and dinner, from which you can admire a series of mediterranean gardens that lie in the inner courtyard.
On the west side (bedrooms), there’s a small 10mq balcony where you can relax, listen to the sea sound and watch its deep blue water. At the entrance, before the main stairs, a little area provided with an outdoor shower.

Two bicycles are available on demand, with a little extra charge.
A parking space is available inside the property ground.
