Holiday week start/end dates are Saturday. Arrival Saturday at 5 pm, departure on Saturday 11 am.
To confirm your booking we require a 30% deposit of the booking price as a security deposit. Booking becomes binding after we receive a copy of your bank transfer and a copy of your identity card. You can send them via fax (.+39.0932.621943) or email.
At your arrival we will draft an agreement in which we´ll state the status of the property, furniture and equipment and your acceptance. If you agree with terms and conditions, we will ask you to settle your payment and a 200€ damage deposit per apartment.
We don't accept credit card but cash money or deposit bank !
At your departure we will check the state of the apartment together and if everything will be in the same state of repair and condition as found at the start of your rental period we will return to you your 200€ deposit.
